1. Service and eligibility

UZZU IMAGE ENHANCER provides AI-assisted image enhancement, editing workflow and package-based API access as configured from time to time. Users must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate account and enquiry information.

2. Packages, billing and payment

Package features, file support, operations, capacity and API access may vary. Current details should be confirmed before subscribing. Charges, billing frequency, renewal and payment arrangements are governed by the order, subscription confirmation or accepted proposal provided to the customer.

A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation by the relevant payment partner. Pending, declined, reversed or unverified transactions may delay activation. Necessary payment information may be handled or shared as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Images and permissions

Users retain rights they lawfully hold in uploaded images and grant the limited permission needed to process and deliver the requested service. Users must have the rights and consents required for portraits, client work, copyrighted material, trademarks and confidential images.

4. AI result limitations

Enhancement results depend on the source image and chosen settings. Missing detail, severe blur, damage or obstruction cannot always be recovered. Users must review results before professional, commercial, evidential or public use.

5. API access and key security

API credentials are confidential and must be stored on a secure backend. Users must not expose keys in frontend code, repositories or public materials, and must notify support if compromise is suspected. Operations and limits depend on the authorised package.

6. Service activation and delivery

These are digital services and no physical shipping is provided. Delivery may occur through account activation, a processed image or download, API credentials, email, a shared workspace, a supported integration or another channel stated in the order or proposal.

Standard subscription access is normally activated immediately after successful payment and any required verification, and no later than 24 hours in ordinary circumstances. Assisted setup is normally completed within 3 to 5 business days after all required information and access are received. Custom or enterprise delivery follows the milestones and ETA stated in the accepted proposal. Full details, dependencies and delay procedures are set out in the Service Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewal from the confirmed effective date but does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund eligibility, request information, review timing and payment-partner processing time are governed by the Refund Policy and any accepted custom proposal, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

The service must not be used for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive or harmful image manipulation; unauthorised intimate imagery; infringement; impersonation; evasion of safeguards; malware; or processing without required rights and consent.

9. Third-party processing and availability

Service delivery may depend on hosting, image-processing and payment partners. Their features, policies, outages and technical capabilities may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability, a particular operation or perfect output.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, security risk, prohibited use, legal requirements or material breach. Users may request cancellation subject to the applicable package and billing arrangement.

11. Intellectual property

The UZZU IMAGE ENHANCER brand, website and service materials are protected by applicable rights. User-owned images remain subject to the user's rights and the rights of third parties contained in them.

12. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without unsupported guarantees and liability is limited according to the applicable agreement and Malaysian law. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
