This policy explains how we handle personal data and business information in connection with enquiries, subscriptions, uploaded images, image processing, API access and related support.

2. Information we may handle

Depending on the service configuration, we may handle contact and enquiry information, account details, uploaded images, selected operations, processed results, API usage records, integration details, device and technical information, support communications and cookie preferences.

For purchases and subscriptions, we may also handle order details, selected package, billing contact information, amount, currency, payment status and non-sensitive transaction references. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary confidential information by email, WhatsApp or our enquiry form.

Portraits, client photographs and other uploaded images may contain personal data. Users should submit only material they are authorised to process.

3. Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide and improve image processing, manage packages and API access, process and reconcile payments, secure the service, prevent fraud or misuse, handle refunds or disputes, maintain records, support users and comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

4. Payment partners and transaction processing

Where necessary to accept or manage a payment, relevant personal and transaction data may be disclosed or transmitted to authorised payment gateways, payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, e-wallet providers, fraud-prevention or identity-verification providers and other payment partners involved in the transaction.

The information shared may include your name, contact details, billing details, order or package information, amount, currency, transaction reference, payment status, IP address, device or security information, and any other data reasonably required to authenticate, authorise, settle or reconcile the payment; prevent fraud; manage chargebacks or refunds; and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Payment partners process information under their own privacy notices and security practices. Payment details entered directly into a payment partner's hosted interface are handled by that partner and are not intended to be submitted through UZZU's general contact channels. We share payment-related data only where reasonably necessary for these purposes or where required by law.

5. Processing providers and international handling

Image processing, hosting, communications, analytics, API infrastructure or technical support may involve service providers. A provider receives only the information reasonably required for the relevant function, subject to its terms and the service configuration.

Where a provider processes data outside Malaysia, appropriate contractual, organisational, operational and legal considerations will be assessed for the production service.

6. Image retention

Retention depends on the purpose, selected package, processing provider, account requirements, payment reconciliation, dispute or security needs and applicable law. We do not promise immediate deletion unless a production function specifically confirms it.

Users should keep their own original and downloaded copies and contact support for available deletion or access choices.

7. Cookies and technical data

Essential storage supports security and preference functions. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will not be assumed active before the relevant consent choice where required. Browser, request, device and diagnostic information may be used to operate and protect the service.

8. Security

We aim to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including protected API credentials and controlled provider access. No online service can guarantee permanent or absolute security.

9. Choices, rights and PDPA considerations

Subject to applicable law and verification, individuals may ask about access, correction, consent choices or other available rights. Where the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 applies, we aim to handle personal data consistently with applicable principles and obligations.
